Delivery Times and Costs

  1. UK mainland (not Northern Ireland or Offshore Islands) delivery is £9.99 for upto 30 kilos, delivered via next working day service Parcelforce
  2. Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands delivery is £20 via Parcelforce 48hr service
  3. European Countries delivery is £20 via Parcelforce Euro Service approx 2-4days
  4. USA and Canada delivery is via Parcelforce International Scheduled service and takes approx 5 working days (this service is based on weight of products purchased, for large orders call us)

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Website Orders placed will be followed up confirmation email from Imperial Design UK Limited, to confirm all items are in stock, and/or to arrange payment. Please provide relevant telephone contact numbers.
  2. All prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
  3. We accept payments of cash (at the trade counter), debit card, credit card (credit cards carry a 3% surcharge), paypal and company/personal cheques (these need to be cleared funds before dispatch of goods).
  4. All products remain the property of Imperial Design UK Limited, until paid for in full.
  5. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of reciept of payment.
  6. In the event a product is out of stock, you will be notified via telephone immediately.
  7. Delivery is via next working day service (Mon - Fri), unless otherwise stated, or customer requests collection from our trade counter.
  8. All sizes, measurements are approximate.
  9. Any shortages or breakages, must be notified within 24hr of reciept of goods. Failure to do so will result in returns not being accepted.

  2. Advance bookings accepted with a 20%(of hire charge) non refundable deposit - call 0161 643 2266
  3. Deposit taken - will be refunded upon safe return of the stand/equipment.  Charges will be made for late return at 25% of rental per day.  Forfeiture of complete deposit if stand is not returned after 5 days.
  4. All products remain the property of Imperial Design UK Limited.
  5. Hire Term is for Monday-Thursday or Friday-Monday (unless otherwise stated)

  7. Rental Return delivery is £30 UK mainland only.  Other areas to be quoted separately.
  8. Any shortages or breakages, must be notified within 24hr of reciept of goods. Failure to do so will result in claims not being accepted and the subsequent forfeiture of deposit
  9. All goods must be checked by the hirer or nominated agent and returned in the original packaging. Use of bubble wrap between each piece will prevent acrylic from rubbing together and scratching.
